30-day money-back guarantee#
We offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on our web hosting and radio hosting services. If you are not happy with your hosting and cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, we will refund the full amount you paid for the hosting, provided you paid your first invoice by credit card or PayPal.
- The guarantee is for first-time accounts only. If you have had an account with us before, cancelled it and signed up again, or if you open a second account, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Breaking our Terms of Service cancels your right to a refund under this policy.

Non-refundable services#
The following cannot be refunded:
- Cloud servers and dedicated servers
- Radio station hosting: FM Broadcaster and Enterprise Broadcaster
- Software licence fees: cPanel, Imunify360, CloudLinux and LiteSpeed
- MailChannels fees
- WhatsApp (Premium) support
- Acronis Backup and Akamai network accounts
Payment methods without refunds#
We cannot refund payments made by bank wire transfer, Western Union, cheque, cryptocurrency or money order. If you paid by one of these methods, any amount due to you is added as credit to your hosting account instead.
How to ask for a refund#
Cancel your service from the client area within 30 days of signing up. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process (see billing disputes and refunds in our Terms of Service). If you have any question about a refund, open a ticket.
