cPanel reseller hosting lets you sell web hosting under your own name without running a server. You get WHM, the reseller control panel, to create a cPanel account for each client and set its limits. Each client manages their own website and email in cPanel, and we look after the server, its security and backups.
How does usage-based billing work?
You pay a base of $10.00 a month, plus $0.90 for each cPanel account and $0.40 for each GB of disk space your accounts use. Up to 2 TB of bandwidth a month is included. There are no plan tiers to outgrow: your bill follows the size of your business.
What would I pay for 5 client websites?
With 5 cPanel accounts using 10 GB between them, you pay $18.50 a month: the $10.00 base, $4.50 for the accounts and $4.00 for the storage. See the cost examples for larger resellers.
What is the difference between reseller and cPanel web hosting?
cPanel web hosting is one account for your own website and email, billed by the disk space it uses. Reseller hosting adds WHM, so you can create and manage many separate cPanel accounts, one per client, and pay for what they use.
Can my clients run WordPress?
Yes. The servers are tuned for WordPress, and LiteSpeed Web Server works with the free LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which caches pages on the server so your clients' sites load faster.
Will you move my clients' websites for free?
Yes. Our team moves websites, databases and email from your current host at no charge. Order, then open a ticket with the accounts to move and we take it from there.
How are backups handled?
Every cPanel account is backed up with JetBackup, and backups are kept for one month. You or your clients can restore files, databases or email accounts from cPanel, or ask us to do it.
Is SSL included for my clients' domains?
Yes. A free SSL certificate is installed automatically for every domain on every account, so your clients' websites open on https:// without warnings, at no extra cost.
How does email spam filtering work?
Outgoing mail from every account passes through MailChannels at no extra cost, which keeps the server off blocklists so your clients' messages get delivered. Incoming virus and spam filtering, which stops junk before it reaches their inboxes, is an add-on at $5.00 a month per domain.
Where are the servers?
